Hello! I am so pleased to introduce myself! I have been browsing these forums for quite a while, but finally had a question I needed to ask to fellow baking enthusiasts! So here I am!
I live in New York's Hudson Valley, and I have been baking for my family for years, and am in the process of launching my own microbakery. I am really in awe of the Real Bread Campaign [1] in the U.K. and hope that kind of acceptance and momentum builds in the U.S. We could use something really positive right now!
I look forward to being a part of this forum and community and learning from so many talented and experienced bakers out there. Now I'll post that pesky question I have that got me to log on in the first place... but I'll do it in the right section of the forum...
