A Pretty Loaf
This was a loaf from a batch where ~ 16% was a blend of WW, spelt and rye, hydration here was 67%.
A friend wanted a "pretty" loaf for a wing-ding she was having so I tried this scoring pattern and it came out well, at least I think so.My daughter had my DSLR that day so the iPhone it was. Unfortunately, no crumb shot since it wasn't cut here at home.
