Stone deck oven
Hi everyone. I am currently looking into opening an artisan bakery producing slow rise and sour dough breads and am wondering about ovens. Been advised to use a stone deck oven but am not really sure is brands etc... That are reliable for about £3000 - £5000. Can anyone give any advice on brands? And also is refurbished or second hand as good as new?
