Best pizza peel for home use in UK
Hi all
Going slightly mad looking for the best pizza peel for use in a small galley kitchen in the UK.
There's HUNDREDS out there and I have no idea where to start. I'm erring on the side of wood instead of aluminium (due to the potential of sticking), but really need some advice.
Is it worth spending over £30 on one or are they all much of a muchness? Ideally, I don't want to have to oil the peel every time I use it as it'll probably end up in a drawer buried underneath loads of stuff!
My pizza stone is 30cm by 30cm so I won't be making large pizzas.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
