Lemony Kugelhopf with CLAS
I have been wanting to make Yippee's spectacular Le Cordon Bleu Lemony Kouglof

No fancy mold pans but the bake fills the air with great buttery goodness. I used Costco's AP flour (25 lb bag) and for milk, evaporated milk diluted 1:1 with water.
Amounts: 450 gr AP flour and 40 gr clas [3], 2-1/3 tsp dry yeast SAF. Total dough weight 1120 gr. - I think 350g AP would be enough to fill the pan.
Clas [3] makes it a fast bake (oven this time, but Zoji next time)!!
It is a winning recipe- the proof times are relatively short. Thanks Yippee for a super recipe!!
