Sullivan Street Bakery chocolate Swirl brioche
I just want to mention that I made the chocolate swirl brioche from Jim Lahey’s Sullivan Street Cookbook. It is amazing. This may be the first time that I made a sweet dough that was risen entirely by a sourdough starter. Have any of you on this forum tried similar recipes? I am just so excited that it worked so well.
