Mixer advice
I own a Kitchen Aid stand mixer Heavy Duty 5qt (KSM5PSWW).
I used it to mix every kind of dough including Bagels, brioches and Pain Brié ( a tight crumb bread from Normandy, France) on an almost everyday basis but time to time though it needed some repairs as it broke down with overuse.
I am getting to the idea that a replacement might be needed int he near future: I have looked at
a new kitchen aid, but I heard they are not built as strongly as before, a much more expensive option is N50 Hobart other brands?
Any comments or suggestions based on your true experience would be very welcome for a stand mixer with this capacity (5 to 6 qt) up to these tasks.
