Infused Yeast Water
Hey all,
I used some left over plums to make a deliciously soft white bread using the infused yeast water [1] from the plums.
Check out the post linked above for full info. It's really quite easy to make the infused yeast water and adds a wonderful aroma to your breads. It takes about a week for the water to ferment but I think it's well worth planning it in to your schedule.
