Starter Recycling
Hello everyone, I am currently on day 3 of getting my new starter up and running (I had one going about 2 months ago, but threw it out b/c of a really cheesy smell, the post is somewhere on here).
Tommorow I'm going to seperate the 1/4 cup of starter and make it a White starter but instead of throwing the rest out I want to make that into a Whole Wheat starter. Should I just build it up by doubling it's size with every feeding? Thanks.
