Apprentice baking position

Bread Obsession is an independent, woman owned and operated artisan bread bakery in Lexington Massachusetts.  We make baguettes, sourdoughs, ryes, and pastries.  Our baguettes have been called the best in Boston.  We are looking for a talented baker who would like to gain commercial bread baking experience in an artisan shop.  This is a paid apprenticeship for the months of September and October.  It requires a full-time commitment for 6-8 weeks.  You can find out more about us on our website and facebook page.  Please email me (Varda Haimo) at breadobsession@gmail.com  if you would like to learn more.
