Hi I'm a Newbie
Hi Everyone:
I just wanted to introduce my self. I'm Theresa and I just started baking bread. I tried to bake a loaf of bread a couple of years ago and it did not go so well, to dry and not enough height. So with a little push from my husband, I made a loaf of white bread on Friday night. All I have to say is I'm hooked. I can't wait to try the other recipes. I was telling my husband about the bagles and he got so excited. The next loaf of bread I make I will take a picture.

Welcome aboard, Theresa! I just joined myself on Thursday. Haven't spent this much time on a website since I became a regular on a quit smoking forum 9 years ago. There, I was quitting an obsession. Here, I'm feeding it! heheh
