Hello from Connecticut!
Hello all,
I've been lurking on the site for awhile, and I thought it was finally time to join in. While I wouldn't say I'm a total noob to bread baking, I'm definitely an amateur who is always looking for something new to learn about bread baking. Currently I'm working on perfecting my sourdough. I created my sourdough starter four years ago, and it's survived moving three different places. I look forward to learning from everyone!
I tried to insert pictures of the walnut cheese sourdough loaf I baked today, but I couldn't quite figure it out. But here are links to flickr.
