sour corn rye take two

this is my second time round doing the sour corn rye.....this time i used 125 gms first clear flour and i think things went well.....won't be able to tell until we take a cut....but that won't be until tomorrow. this is a big hot bread.....

i'm pretty wiped from all the baking this weekend...but it's been alot of fun!  the only 'sad' part is just how fast the family can put it away.....but i guess that's a good thing....

Yikes! my family cut into it when i wasn't there to guard it.....my daughter said 'oh, i thought you said it was ok.....' grrrrh..

oh well now that it's cut....here's a picture......my camera doesn't get good resolution.....i'm working on hubby to get me a new one.....but that may be a while.....

The taste is very good. Crust was crunchy and yummy. Crumb is chewy and delicious. i think the first clear flour helped....i'm so annoyed that they cut into it...i guess i need to have everyone in the family sign a written contract that thou shall NOT slice into a hot bread.....
