Sourdough Rye from Bread Alone. This is a wonderful recipe, and my starter's starting to develop a really nice flavor (my 4th loaf from it). The recipe says you should make 2 loaves, it easily makes 3 decent sized ones.
And here's the crumb. I wanted to wait a couple of hours to cut them open, but my wife made me slice one so we could put cheeseburgers on it :) They were delicious, too. Oriental burgers with teriyaki sauce in them.
