Pitas and Cinnamon Swirl
Today's baking - these are the pitas that turned out good - the first two were a bit of an experiment in timing, a bit overdone but still tasty with some butter. The other six are great -
The other bread I baked today was cinnamon swirl, but I didn't feel like putting it in a loaf pan so I rolled it out into a narrow strip and rolled it the long way (like making cinnamon rolls, and then curled it into a snail. This is one of two (the other being a bit anemic looking, still working on doneness.) I'll post a photo tomorrow after we cut into it . The whole house smells like cinnamon!
