Hello,
I am new to this forum. I have been baking bread for a while now and am happy to have found this forum. I hope to learn from all of you bakers here and share my baking experiences with you.
Today I made whole wheat bread in three shapes. Baguettes, a boule, and a sandwich loaf. All are from the same dough made with a poolish.
