Video made me want to try sprouted grains
This Peter Reinhart video from 2014 has piqued my interest in making sprouted grain bread.

Reinhart claims:
- Flavor similar to whole wheat and white mixed together.
- Long fermentations, autolyse, retarding are not necessary to produce great tasting bread.
- Healthier than whole grain bread: Easier to digest, increase in beneficial nutrients, decrease in detrimental nutrients.
