Would it be OK to store dough in a plastic bag
I'm making this recipe ( https://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/no-knead-crusty-white-bread-recipe [1] ) which allows for storage in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. I cut the recipe down to 1/3 of the original until I see how it goes. The dough is in a covered bowl. The bowl takes up more room that necessary.
The question is, can I transfer the dough into a plastic zip lock bag until I'm ready to bake it?
