Hello,

Although I am a new member to the Forum, I have come to the site NUMEROUS times due to hits from Google. I really enjoy cooking, but my baking is definitely my first love! I'm also interested in trying out new sour dough and artisan bread recipes. I am excited to devote more time learning how other forum members' have improved their breadmaking. I truly do love to talk about breads!
