This is the whole wheat I made today. I milled Ontario
organic hard wheat kernels.
Recipe.

3 cups Ontario organic flour
2 cups organic strong flour
1 cup w/w that I milled
2 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons soft butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon malt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast.......... qahtan
