I have been a frequent visitor to The Fresh Loaf for the past two years.  Absolutely wonderful site, full of great recipes and tips.  I really appreciated the "Lessons", which were my first stop upon discovering The Fresh Loaf.  Cooking and baking are my hobbies and (as I imagine is true of most of you) my free time is spent in the kitchen.  I'm a good home cook and baker - but not a great one.  I love to experiment and definitely have my share of flops and failures.
