Great bread, but no one could afford to buy it
Well I finally made my "authentic" Emmer based bread with spring water and yada yada etc. I say this because I use do this with software always seeking the best for a job regardless of the expense or cost even though there were many less expensive and less costly substitutes that would work just as well.
The bread was very good, but I could have used spelt or durum and saved a lot of time and expense and I would be able to sell it too.
I seem to get stuck on these tangents and become rather bull headed about the process and the end result whilst annoying most around me. So it's time to step wayyyy back again and stop nit picking so much and just have fun again.
