Back to practicing Tartine
After months of absence, I'm back to practice my bread making and tartine loaf is always in my mind. After refreshing my starter which has been in the fridge for a long while, pick up my strength to work on the dough. The texture was somehow a bit dense and a tiny winy bit chewy. Still hoping to get a good oven spring. Nevertheless my favourite by far.
