My favorite pizza to make is a play on a white pizza. Simply begin with plain pizza dough and spread olive oil in a thin layer like you would any traditional tomato sauce (or I would use alfredo sauce) and then toss on some diced garlic all around the edge of the dough. Then, spread the cheese and place this fresh sauteed spinach we made (with olive oil, salt, and pepper) on top with fresh diced tomatoes. After that, I would drizzle on a little balsamic vinegar, a variation of this I tried at home was to make a simple tomato bruschetta topping (diced tomatoes, oil, salt, garlic, and balsamic vinegar) and drop that in a thin layer over the cheese as well. Don't cut the tomatoes too big, but make sure there are enough, otherwise they wont cut through the heaviness of the ingredients below it. Bake in a Bravo pizza oven of course and enjoy.
