Pear & Bread Pudding
We usually make bread at home, and sometimes we find that we accumulate leftovers. We usually prepare a pudding with some bread and ripe fruit. We usually use remnants of bread, rolls, brioche, buns, muffins or bread. It should be bread with soft crust.
