90 g granulated sugar100g powder Chinese yellow sugar1 egg1tb milk1 Tsp vanilla essenceroast peanuts 132g100g semi sweet choco chip
1 beat pb with butter till light n fluffy add sugar beat till they completely dissolve, add eggs milk and vanilla Beat till combine
2 stir together all dry ingredient
3 fold into the mixture and form a dough. (Is important not to over knead and over mix) use an ice cream scope n place it on parchment paper.
3.5 put the dough in the fridge if it is too soft
4 preheat oven to 175c bake for 12min or till edges become golden. Remove fr the oven, leave on cookie sheet for a minute or so, transfer to rack to cool down.
