Baking a D shaped bloomer
A number of customers have expressed an interest in our excellent bloomers, but because they taper off so, customers who want to make sandwiches with them are not interested (wastage). I have seen numerous images on the web of an almost perfectly semi-circular "D" shaped bloomer (with very little wastage, therefore). Can anyone enlighten me as to how these are made and where the (presumably!) D shaped tins can be sourced from?
Thanks in advance,
