Hello from socal!!
I've been lurking around here for awhile now but this is my first post. Well am a foodie in general i love food any anything that has to do with it!! Now I've been baking for awhile now but nothing really artisan. So i thought i would join this forum to sharpen up my baking skills. So here is a loaf i did this was my first time using the stretch and fold method. I made the loaf using a preferment and about 72% hydration. But still am looking forward to using better flours and tuning my skill a little more. This loaf was made with supermarket bread flour. But the texture could use some more work.
