Openning Soon - Artisan Bakery near Jerusalem
Just made 15 loaves of 70% extraction, 10 100% WW and some white flour for fun -
I spent the day with my master baker mentor #Anomarel Ogen taking over one of his students' bakeries to hone my
knowledge and skills.
