Pan de Muerto / Bread of the dead
This sweet bread is eaten in Mexico to celebrate the Day of the Dead. It's a kind of brioche dough, but with less egg and less butter. The shape is round (like a tomb). You got to make some bones with the dough and cross them under a little ball to shape a kind of a skull.
