Hi from a JerseyBaker!
I recently started grinding my own grain for my breads. I was looking up the difference between bread flour and all-purpose flour when I stumbled on this site. I am truly glad to be here along with everyone as I bake my breads. I am a type 2 diabetic and I like to know what is in my food! I started baking my own breads a while ago and never looked back. I look forward to learning alot here and hopefully contributing when I can.
