Hello to The Fresh Loaf!!

This website is such a wonderful tool - -I've been lurking around for a few weeks and am using so much I've read.

For Christmas I bought myself "Flour Water Salt Yeast" and have been baking a 2-4 loaves a week since - most, somewhat successful.   This indimidating thing called  "bread baking" has become quite fun and obsessive!!! 

Now treating myself to a visit to King Arthur in May for the Artisan baking at home class.

My question is for those that have been to Norwich, VT - -How did you get around once there?   I am staying at the Norwich inn.  What I have discovered is that the car rental places close at noon on Saturday and my flight lands Sat. afternoon.  There is a bus service that runs during the week - -I thought I would take a class on Sunday - Can I just walk to KAF?  What do you recomend?  Would you recomend some things to do outside of the class?
