Just joined the site and wanted to introduce myself!

I entered the cooking/baking world by seeing an Alton Brown show several years back on the "no knead bread"...fell down the rabbit hole and haven't stopped since.  I look forward to learning from all of you...and someday help pass on the knowledge :)
