Trying To Recreate Planter's PB Crisp Cookies- Please Help With Assembling Recipe Directions/ Ingredient Ratios!

I really miss these delicious grahm crackers peanut butter filled cookies that planters use to make in the early ninties. By looking at the ingredients listed on the bag (provided picture link with ingredients) Can any baking genius figure out how to replicate these?  The cookie was very soft...had a peanut butter filled center. apparently soybean oil is used instead of butter for the coating. It also shows that three different types of flour are used for the cookie coating...a mixture of grahm flour, oat flour, and wheat flour? Was wondering what the radio would be for that.  I believe the brown sugar, salt and honey are mixed into the flour also....I just cant seem to figure out the radio of each ingredient...or how to shape them like peanuts either....Suggestions for directions anybody please?!

Link bellow shows picture of it and ingredients listed on bag.
