freezing bread

Hello... I am a beginner, but have made Taste of Home's Santa Bread several times. I use frozen dough, a 1 lb. loaf. I'm wondering if I can freeze the Santa Bread right before the final baking stage, and have it still come out ok. Or, can I freeze it after baking with good results? Thanks so much for your opinions!
