I am new to the bread game, and I can use some advice.

I am looking to start a bread  delivery business, focusing on artisan breads. While I love bread, I am not very knowledgable about all the various types of bread. I was wondering if someone can give me some imput as to the more popular types of bread and what are selections that I should look to carry.
