Hello from Colorado
Want to say 'hello' to everyone! I have been baking bread off and on for about 15 years and am looking to take my bread baking beyond my basic recipes, and am looking forward to learning some new tips and techniques. I use very simple equipment, my hands, a stone, scrapper, and a bowl.
One year ago I left Michigan and moved to Colorado. Baking at a high altitude is a whole new ballgame for me, but with trial and error I am confident I will get the hang of it!
