I've been a reader of these forums and this site in general for a long time, but this is my first time posting.  I was wondering if anyone here might know where I can find yeast packets in bulk - preferably, instant yeast - in mylar packets or even a name brand like SAF.  I'm planning on making some bread mixes and I'm not sure how to include the yeast packet without spending a ton at the grocery store where they cost over $1 each.  I use regular bulk instant yeast at home where I keep it in the fridge, but I don't think I can just include a little packet of that with each mix - it has to be sealed so the yeast will last awhile, right?
