Sourdough Starter recipe what do i do next?
So i have been following the starter recipe that I got online and for the final step it says to "get 1 cup of the starter and mix in 3 1/2 cups flour and 2 cups water let sit for 6 hours it should double in size, it is now ready to use in sourdough baking." Yet it does not give the recipe. My question is do i just add some yeast to the starter and some more flour knead it then proof then form then bake? because all recipes just as for like 2/3 cups or 2 cups. Not 6 CUPS lol. Right now it looks as if i have 2 starters! the original one i got the 1 cup from and now my new one which i added 3 1/2 cups to. what do i do?!? D:
