Hi,

 I started a sourdough starter a few weeks ago. I have made a couple of loaves from it and they have turned out pretty good. I pulled out the starter today and the top was covered with a medium gray color. The starter underneath still looks good and it doesn't smell bad but I wasn't sure if I should just start over or try to use it. Any ideas?
