Hi new from Georgia
I just found this. I am new to a forum. Just recently started baking homemade bread. Hope I am doing this right.
Quick question I make sandwich loaves that taste pretty good, but the crust is always pretty hard very unlike the store bought breads. Is there anyway to fix this. I cook 2 loaves at a time at 375 for about 20 minutes.
