Looking for a local experienced baker to mentor me
I am kinda new to baking breads and would like some mentoring in the Tucson area. I've been doing the best to make some bread for my wife and I, but I is not easy to become 'good' with out some training.
Currently, my interest are mainly in artisian loaves. But I also need work on sandwich yeast breads (both white and wheat), and pizza dough shaping. I am certain that I will expand what I like to bake in the future.
My current weakness basic working with dough by hand and shaping. I don't like to use machines, other than to do the initial mix.
