New Toronto Italian Restaurant Looking for Pizzaolo
Recently, I installed a very fine wood-fired oven in a new Italian restaurant in one of Toronto's very upscale neighbourhoods. The owners are looking for a pizzaiolo to handle the peels and work with the oven: Italian background preferred, genuine Neapolitan pizza experience preferred, WFO experience a real asset.
