Last week's Challah Bake
Well finally got around posting some pics of my usual biweekly Challah Bake. These are "light" water based challas using just one egg while making a few (5 medium size loaves). I topped a coule with "zaatar" (dried up thyme leaves with sesame seeds and sumak) while topping the others with traditional sesame and poppy seeds.
