Pricing for Farmer's Markets
Thanks for your thoughts on pricing for home based bakers at Farmers Markets. I am seeing that some things you make a much better profit than others and that you make up. I am thinking about much smaller pound and bount cakes in the mini loaf pans...perhaps more incentive to spend a little...not a lot.
All of recipes are a synthesis of two of more great recipes. I would suggest that there are no ideas that haven't had some borrowing associated with them. I would suggeest that you tweak whatever you've found with the bagels and enhance them with a personal touch. Feel good about the ability to sell your recipe with a twist.
