My daughter, home from school for a long weekend, suggested we bake these Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies.  An interesting experiment. The idea was dreamed up by Jenny of the Picky Palate and has been making the rounds on food blogs the last 2 months. We had to see it for ourselves.
