Love, Love, Love to Bake Bread!
I am a newbie to this forum. I'm excited to find this group! I have been baking my own pizza dough for over 10 years. In just a few minutes browsing around here I already see new ideas to make my pizza dough much better!
I started baking other types of bread about a year ago while my husband was deployed. I needed something to do with my time and I found it therapeutic. Now I love it and I'm always wishing I had more time to bake bread and improve my skills!
So far, besides pizza dough, I bake an Amish White Bread, Rosemary Bread, Focaccia, 100% Whole Wheat Bread and a Honey Wheat Bread. The wheat breads still need a lot of improvement.
I'm excited to learn from you guys!
