I'm wondering about how many have tried adding cheese or other toppings after the baking cycle has finished.  Our breadman has a warming cycle that lasts for 60 mins after the baking, and I'm wondering if that would be the best time to add asiago cheese (shredded) to the top and let it melt during that warming cycle.  Anyone have experience with this?
