I was asked to give a baking class featuring dried fruit and nut desserts that would be suitable for the upcoming Jewish holiday of Tu B'S'hvat.  Although dessert means chocolate, caramel, coconut and mint to me, I was up for the challenge.  Today I made a Tu B'Shvat cake (looked like fruitcake to me!!)  Stay tuned tomorrow and Friday for more fruit and nut goodness.
