Greetings from S. Oregon,
I happened on this site about a week ago, how wonderful it is. I have been baking bread on and off for more years than I will admit too! This is a whole different different world, I am learning about starters, barms, and poolishs, thanks to everyone's sharing and advice and pics. We have some snow today so I guess I will bake if the electric stays on.
